David Duke set off on a four (and a bit) month journey to raise awareness for Bowel Cancer Wales, he walked the entire coast of the UK (over 5,000 miles) in that short space of time. This is a short film made on the day of his return to celebrate his achievement and to further raise awareness for a good cause. FIlmed and edited by Mike Diamond.

I’ve been asked numerous times why on earth am I doing this. I’ve kept it light – it doesn’t feel like my story to tell. But really, it’s the story of how one person unknowingly impacted me, and will continue beyond her death.
She was a wonderful woman, mother, sister, grandmother – and most important – friend.

The Kerry Way Cancer Research Walk is a 3 day hill-walking event that takes place towards the end of July each year in Kerry, to raise funds for Cork Cancer Research Centre. This year the event took place on Friday July 24th, Saturday July 25th and Sunday July 26th.
For the 2009 event, We based the walk in one central town rather than previous years where we moved between four different towns. The three days of guided walks started and finished each day in Kenmare and incorporated some of the Kerry Way trails.
