A journey of 2200 men and women walking 60 miles over 3 days all because Everyone Deserves a Lifetime. The walk started on September 11 at Shoreline Community College. We headed north through Lynnwood and Mukilteo, ending up at Kasch park for camp in Everett. Day 2 we went all around Everett, through beautiful neighborhoods and with views of the sound. Day 3 we were up early and packed up, boarded busses to take us to Northgate where we started our walk. We ventured through Green Lake to Gas Works Park, through Capitol Hill and then in to Downtown Seattle ending up at Key Arena. The closing ceremonies were next door at Memorial Stadium. It was a fabulous weekend with great weather for walking. 2200 Seattle walkers raised over $5.5 million for breast cancer!
