		<description>I would emphasize starting out slowly but steady.  Walk briskly 5 days a week for 20 to 30 minutes.  Drink a lot of water, your body weight divided by 2 and drink that in ounces.  Get a good DVD on strenght training and follow that too.  I find really great advice and ideas on Prevention&#039;s online site. They have a health tracker that you can use to keep focused and see your progress. http://buzz.prevention.com
