Boston 3-Day Walk 2008

The team Lynda’s Ladies was created to honor Jen’s mother (Lynda) who is a 17 year breast cancer survivor. Lynda was given a 20% chance to live for 5 years, but due to a clinical trial – she is still with us today.
Lynda’s Ladies (Jen Hammel and Laura Hoffman) participated in their first 3-Day Walk for Breast Cancer, benefitting the Susan G. Komen Fund and the National Philanthropic Breast Cancer Fund. The walk was 60 miles over the course of three days (Aug 15-17th) in Boston, MA and surrounding areas.
