Now mind you I could barely move then, but one of the trainers insulted me in front of everyone and humiliated me. I kept telling him that what he wanted me to do was giving me cramps and he just kept on pushing me too far that I couldn’t really walk for 2 days. I’m like if that’s what they do in a gym I rather do it at home. Even when I went to Curves – same thing
